Decades of Clinical & Academic Experience

Enjoy Your Life. Feel Food Free.

Are you tired of food? Thinking about food? Wondering if you’re eating “clean” enough? There’s a simpler way to eat and live. I’ll help you get reacquainted with your hunger and satiety. There’s no “program” to follow, nothing to count, nothing to write down. Are you ready?

For over 2 decades I have been helping people learn what they should have learned when they were little: how to listen to your body, eat well and get on with life. I work with otherwise healthy individuals who are free of disease states, but struggle with what has become the day-to-day fuss of eating.

I have a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from New York University and a doctoral degree in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University. My clinical experience involves working with patients with binge eating disorder at St. Luke’s Obesity Research Center in New York City. For the last fifteen years I have worked as a professor with undergraduate and graduate students teaching human nutrition.
